We start by digitizing your logo or graphic and creating a new embroidery file…or you can choose from a huge collection of stock designs from Dakota Collectibles to which we are able to add custom lettering.  Once the embroidery file is prepared for you, it can be used over and over again on shirts, jackets, bags, blankets, hats, etc.

Direct to Garment Printing:

Direct to Garment Printing is a digital process used to add full color designs to t-shirts and other cotton apparel items.

Advantages of Direct to Garment Printing are:

• Printing costs less than embroidery.  This is particularly true if you plan to do a large area.  If you are doing a large area such as the full back of a shirt, printing cost for the same area will be significantly less than embroidery.
  
  
• Direct to Garment Printing costs less than screen printing for smaller orders since there are not screen setups for each color.
  
  
• Large embroidery designs can cause a t-shirt to sag.  This does not occur with large printed designs. 
  
  
• Printed items can be a lot more elaborate, colorful and detailed than with embroidery or screen printing.
