About Us

Northwoods Laser & Embroidery has been serving customers as a family owned and operated business since 1986. The company was originally located in Wittenberg, Wisconsin. We, Dan and Donna Pelkey, bought the company in 2006 and relocated it to Germantown, Wisconsin.  While no longer located in the “Northwoods” of Wisconsin, we still strive to achieve the quality associated with Northwoods craftsmanship.

As new owners we have maintained the core of the original customer base while continuing to grow in our new location. In fall of 2008, we absorbed the customer base of Precision Engraving Company from Slinger, Wisconsin. These additional customers strengthened our presence within Washington County particularly in Slinger, Hartford and West Bend, Wisconsin.

Our mission is to offer personalized customer service while providing quality products on-time and at a reasonable price.

We understand time-sensitive projects, last minute needs, and pressure to meet deadlines.  Our normal production time is 7 – 10 business days, but in the event that you are faced with a time crunch, we will do our best to meet your needs.

We are members of the Germantown Chamber of Commerce.
